We got tired of scheduling tools that made scheduling harder
TimetableCreator started as a weekend project after one too many attempts to lay out a class schedule in a spreadsheet that fought back at every merged cell.
What we're building
TimetableCreator is a small, focused tool with one job: let anyone turn a list of times and events into a clean, readable weekly grid, without an account, a tutorial, or a paywall. We built it for students laying out a semester, teachers planning a week, freelancers blocking client hours, and anyone else who thinks better in a grid than in a list.
How we think about the product
We keep the tool intentionally narrow. Rather than bolting on calendars, reminders, notifications, and team chat, we've focused on making the core act of building a timetable as fast and frustration-free as possible. Your data stays in your browser rather than on our servers, which also means there's less for us to get wrong.
How the site is funded
TimetableCreator is free to use. The site is supported by advertising shown around the tool and our articles, which lets us keep the maker itself free with no feature limits or watermarks. We also publish a library of planning and time-management guides on our blog, written to be genuinely useful whether or not you ever open the tool.
